Order Collection
at the Event
Stall Pickup Only: We do not offer home delivery for this event. All orders must be collected directly from our physical stall.
Location & Dates: Pickup is available exclusively at our event booth during official event hours.
Pickup Deadline: All orders must be claimed before the event concludes. Unclaimed orders cannot be shipped afterward.
At the stall
Order Confirmation: Bring a digital or printed copy of your order confirmation email containing your Order ID or a snapshot of order confirmation page.
Processing & returns
Instant Assembly: For orders placed during the event days, please allow 15–30 minutes for our stall staff to assemble your order.
Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up by the end of the event will be cancelled and subject to a restocking fee.
Stall Inspection: Please inspect your books for any damage at the counter before leaving the stall to ensure instant replacements.
